Are You Seeing The Big Picture?

If your organisation depends on documents and spreadsheets to collect data then there's a high probability you're missing the big picture.

When you receive a completed form it will normally go through some sort of processing. Some forms may require people from various departments to complete certain tasks so it doesn't take long before the form becomes part of a messy email trail. This creates confusion that ultimately leads to inconsistent service and customer dissatisfaction.

If the data is captured by an online form the process is made more transparent. The online form can include statuses for each stage of the process which can only be edited by users from that department. It's then a simple matter to represent these statuses with colours. The active records are then listed in a matrix with the status colours so now you can see the big picture.
